The foundation of the quality assurance program for GGS Information Services is our ISO Certification.

In March, 1999, GGS was initially certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and held Certificate No. FS 45423, which stated that GGS operated a quality management system that complied with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002:1994 for the activities detailed in the Scope of Registration.

In January, 2003, GGS was awarded certification for meeting all stringent requirements for ISO 9001:2000 guidelines for quality performance. Today, the Scope of Registration covers all services performed by GGS under its Technical Publications operations. It covers all activities associated with database operations and management, all parts listing activities, all illustration activities, and all technical writing functions as well as the production operations of the GGS Book Services Division.

We will continue to develop and operate a quality management system that complies to the highest standards of ISO certification.
