The foundation of our quality assurance program and our internal quality awareness program known as “Passion For Excellence,” is our ISO Certification. It began in March 1999, when GGS was initially certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) and held Certificate No. FS 45423, which stated that GGS operated a quality management system that complied with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002:1994. In January, 2003, GGS was awarded certification for meeting all stringent requirements for ISO 9001:2000 guidelines for quality performance. Today, the GGS U.S.-based headquarters facility as well as our Chennai, India production facility are certified to the internationally-recognized, more stringent, ISO9001:2008 quality standards as audited by BSI Group. Our Scope of Registration covers all services performed by GGS under its Technical Publications operations - all activities associated with database operations and management, all parts listing activities, all illustration activities, and all technical writing functions as well as production operations. Today, customers of GGS benefit from our innovative ISO quality work approach that provides the fast, reliable and secure delivery of parts, service and after-market information to end-users in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Indian sub-continent.
