Within the Technical Publications Division, our
customers and those we interact with have come to know GGS for our
versatile technical information management tools.
Our team is flexible enough to work from within our modern
offices, or actually locate at a customer’s facility to work
alongside employee production or engineering staffs. GGS over the
years has also become known for our ability to smoothly integrate
IT, technical publication, parts database management, and other
functions into a set of assets that productively add value to your
core business.
In our "Passion For Excellence" program, quality review teams are
assembled within each major work area, and interact closely with all
Team Members in supporting their focus on quality, strengthening
work practices to further reduce rework, identifying roadblocks or
hurdles to improved productivity, and for recognizing and
highlighting notable achievements and milestones where and when they
occur.
Today’s global business climate calls for each of us to be
adaptable to the various kinds of work we perform for our
customers; to be more accessible and to communicate more
effectively with those we serve; and most importantly, to be
accountable for our actions.
