We can take or receive your existing technical information or printed manual and create a new IETM. Or we can work with a previously created IETM material and upgrade it using revised information, new graphics or animation. We use common authoring software such as Epic® to modify existing SGML or XML data for ease of integration into your existing system.

To provide added flexibility to some customers, years ago, GGS created its own SGML/XML-based IETM authoring software that supports the use of COTS browsers. With this software, we can include clickable hotspots, bookmarks, and other useful features with your text or information.
