Data can be prepared by extracting it from engineering, magnetic media, microfiche and/or by electronic transfer of information to GGS. This data is processed and stored for Internet or network use either as a product or as an on-line query of that data, and is maintained on our secure state-of-the-art File Servers. And, all active data is backed up daily. This important step in securing customer information is considered by GGS a critical part of our ongoing Disaster Recovery Program.

Parts Lists can be readily accessed by model or serial number as well as viewing any associated illustrations necessary for identifying parts. Updates and/or part number changes can also be bookmarked to specific parts lists, eliminating the need for maintaining hard copy updates. Full-text search capability, and the on-demand printing of parts lists and any related illustrations are just a few of the many other options and services available for your data management needs.

Illustrations can be created or accepted from our customers, scanned and hot-linked to text in Manuals, Parts Catalogs, etc. and merged to the associated text.
