Technical Writing and Technical Illustrating -- Our Core Competencies At GGS, we use software programs that run in standard Microsoft® Windows environments, and our deliverables can be completed in both MIL-SPEC and commercial formats. We pride ourselves on the fact that we work to the stringent specifications as mandated by both the military and the Air Transport Association (ATA), and to SPEC2000 standards, where needed. We understand the importance of accurate technical publications and their importance to you as a satisfied customer. We are always confident that the products and services offered through GGS are superior in quality and are less costly than those offered by a competitor. We have a core competency in technical writing, engineering and isometric artwork, and the "high-tech horsepower" needed for advanced database development and systems integration. We’re always evolving our technology, so that our vendors, suppliers and others can partner with us, in working in new formats other than hard-copy publications. This means we’re highly proficient at creating products as diverse as illustrated depot-level manuals, IETMs, or interactive CD-ROMS for computer-based training (CBT) programs. We’ve also mastered the emergence of new e-commerce technologies and the knowledge needed for advanced interactive programming. We’re well-versed in document creation in SGML/XML/HTML formats, and also possess archiving and repository capability with 24-hour technical support.
