GGS can provide a variety of different types of training programs in accordance with the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) approach to training, based on each customer’s unique set of requirements.

Our instructional designers have many years of experience developing technical training programs to “world class” standards. They work closely with your subject matter experts (and ours), to ensure training being developed includes all of the technical concepts required, and will be meaningful to the end-user.

Our curriculum / courseware developers have a broad range of experience ranging from commercial applications to military programs. This includes developing courses and conducting classes in a military setting, supervising other classroom instructors, producing computer based programs, and establishing “electronic” classrooms.

Our staff includes former military Training Master Instructors, Course Writers and Classroom Instructors. Our staff is familiar with subject matter such as electrical and mechanical systems, aircraft simulation, avionics, marine control, monitoring equipment, navigation equipment, telecommunications equipment, and weapons systems.

A talented staff of technical writers, illustrators, animators, and IT personnel supports our staff of course writers and instructors. This allows GGS to bring together very talented project teams dedicated to the development of your training program!

Military Training And Curriculum Experience

Global Avionics Manufacturer
GGS is responsible for providing an on-site managed solution for the development of both training material and maintenance manuals for the very sophisticated avionics equipment manufactured by this leading global company. GGS maintains a staff of team members consisting of writers, curriculum developers, and illustrators.

The military programs we support include the A-10, B-2, F/A-18, and C-17 aircraft. The training course materials are developed IAW the ISD process to include Student Study Guides, Instructor Lesson Plans, and Test and Measurement activity.

We also conduct training classes to support a variety of commercial and military programs for their line of avionics equipment.

Environmental Technologies Supplier
GGS has developed interactive computer based training programs, classroom / course material, and has also conducted training classes at various U.S. military installations for a Joint Services system. The program was developed using the Inter-service Procedures for Instructional Systems Development (NAVEDTRA 106A) and systems approach to training (TRADOC Regulation 350-70).

The computer based training program was developed using the Macromedia® Flash software tool.

Specialized Aircraft Manufacturer
GGS has worked on several training related projects for this highly-recognized helicopter company.

This includes producing a Student Maintenance Guide, a New Product Definition Manual to support internal sales staff, and content for a web-based training application on the MH-60S Navy Hawk program.

The manuals were produced and delivered as SGML documents, while the web-based training content was developed using Macromedia® Flash software.

Commercial Heating & Cooling Equipment Company
GGS has developed computer-based training programs for various product lines, for distribution to their field service technicians to facilitate self-paced training.

These computer based training programs are produced using Macromedia® Flash software and contain instructor narration.
