GGS Makes Donation To York County Food Bank

YORK, PA --- GGS Information Services, 3265 Farmtrail Road, recently presented representatives of the York County Food Bank with a check to assist the operation in providing services and food items to those in the local area.

The check, in the amount of $10,000, is one of the larger contributions ever received from a York County-based business.

Presenting the check was Tom McConkey, controller for GGS. On hand to accept the donation for the Food Bank was Jonathan Fisher, manager, and Jay Miller, chairman of the board.

"We at GGS are delighted to have this opportunity to be able to ‘give back’ to our local communities, and hopefully this donation will provide assistance through the many programs offered through the York Food Bank organization."
